Magnolia Plantation – Colorful Wedding
Magnolia Plantation’s southern grace is quintessentially Charleston and makes for a lovely destination for a colorful wedding. The live, grand oak trees with their draping Spanish moss create a foundation for playful, bright arrangements. The white tones of the veranda and the bridge set a natural backdrop for pops of color from bouquets, centerpieces, and linens. The green of nature behind the bridesmaids at the wedding ceremony complements the bright focal flowers in the bouquets.
The bouquets feature pink, yellow, blue, orange, and purple hues. Gerbera daisies, stock, veronica, mums, and delphinium are among the flowers used in the bouquets. They are bountiful in color and texture and are finished with a blue ribbon to match the bridesmaids’ dresses.
The centerpieces and corresponding colorful linens awaken thoughts of summer. Bright paisley patterns on the linens catch the eye and are accompanied by small bud vases filled with gerbera daisies, ranunculus, and lisianthus. Dish gardens with miniature green plants and succulents are placed on the center of the table for the family to take home after the ceremony.
