Long lasting flowers
When considering getting married, especially here in South Carolina, we always have to think of the weather conditions. The beautiful sunshine makes a perfect wedding day, but can intimidate some delicate blossoms. July-September, forgo the heat sensitive tulips, lilies, sweet peas, bells of Ireland, etc.. and try these beauties! Here are some hardy, heat tolerant, tropical, and wildflower flowers that are perfect for your summer wedding!
Hypericum Berries, aka Coffee Berries. Available in peach, white, red, brown and green.
We just love them ~ adds texture to a bouquet.

Thistle, actually is available in cCone shaped or natural as pictured here.
Mums the word on this one! It’s a mum! But isn’t it darling. We call them buttons! These mums are available in several shades, apple green, white, and yellow.

Dianthus is actually part of the carnation family. It resembles turf grass or moss when clumped together. Green Trick is unique and can enhance any bouquet.
Wildflower accent flower, our top pick, waxflower. Shades vary from white, yellow, fushia, pink, and orange. Delicate little clusteres of petals on a woody stem, can add a touch of whimsical into the arrangment. Another accent flower that is perfect when needing a wildflower look, aster. White aster, resembles a tiny daisy. Or try the purple petals with a yellow center.

Tropical inspired wedding: calla lilies: Open cut callas or green goddess callas. Ideally used in a large buffet or altar focal pieces. Looking to add callas into your bouquet, try mini callas. No shortage of colors for the mini’s!!
A few more tropical flowers we adore: Antherium , Pincushion Protea and Cymbidium Orchids!
