What if I don’t know much about flowers?
Great Question! Don’t worry if you “don’t know much about flowers” that’s our job! Planning wedding flowers is often the bride’s first journey in the wonderful world of flower design. Simple information is the most important: wedding date, colors, general lay-out and feel of the event, budget range and if possible images or pintrest board of what you like. Don’t worry about flower names, seasons, or availability, that’s where our design team shines.
I hear Tiger Lily is expensive, is that true?
No, but we understand why people think that. Whenever a business is called “The Best”, people assume they’re the most expensive. For the everyday flower deliveries we make all over Charleston, we use only premium blooms. Of course, this makes these designs higher priced, but the savvy customer understands that they get much better “Bang for Their Buck” with Tiger Lily. The recipients are thrilled.
For weddings, we use the bride’s choice of flowers, and our pricing is similar to other local florists. With Tiger Lily you get award-winning design and all of the resources of South Carolina’s largest florist. We feel this makes Tiger Lily the best value, hands down.
Do you handle other decor items?…. linens, napkins, chair covers, lanterns, candles, etc…
We offer a lot more than flowers. In short we provide all the decor items related to the ceremony, tables, and all flowers. We refer out extreme lighting, and decor elements, without up-charges or additional fees. This allows all vendors to do what they do best, and give the bride the best value. We’re happy to help you in anyway we can.
Do you have a minimum?
No minimums! Our weddings run from a simple bridal bouquet to lavish, resort-wide events. Every wedding is important, and our job is to make sure the bride’s flowers are spectacular!
Where do your flowers come from?
All over the world, literally. Here’s a secret: Because of the large volume of flowers we use as SC’s largest florist, we opened our own wholesale flower company. This allows us to purchase directly from farms locally and around the world. This offers the best selection, quality and value to our brides.

The best first step is to submit the on-line inquiry through our website contact page. We will get back to you ASAP. We will discuss your event, and perform a consultation. From out of town? No worries, over half of our weddings are destination events. We are very comfortable working with out-of-town brides via teleconference, email, etc. Due to demand, we cannot hold dates. To be fair, we adhere to the “First Come, First Served” principle, based on the receipt of the signed contract and deposit.
Keep in mind that we work with a big calendar, and typically book clients from 1 month to 2 years out…so make sure we start the process early.Thank you again for reaching out to us, and let us know how else we can assist you.
