High Cotton: Petite Wedding

July 6, 2016

High Cotton Restaurant known for their Lowcountry cuisine and southern hospitality at its finest!
This is such a great space for rehearsal dinners, bridesmaid’s luncheons or welcome parties!
If you are having an intimate wedding, we highly recommend the French Quarter Room, private dining room, nestled in the back of the restaurant. With a side terrace that can be utilized during cocktail hour.
We just adore this lovely wedding. They couple married just up the street, at St. Stephen Episicaol Church. The guests all walked together after the ceremony, just a few short blocks to the restaurant.

Large main rectangle long table lining half of the room, adorned with beautiful organic flowers and candles. Featuring veronica, blush garden roses, stock, peonies, dusty miller, silver dollar, bay leaves, and seeded eucalyptus.
The other half of the room, was outfitted in beautiful lounge furniture. This area was perfect for the guests to sit back and relax during cocktail hour. To finish the lounge space, we added a coffee table floral to coordinate with the dinner table!

Silver plated mint julep cups are still one of my favorites. A nod at the brides Southern roots. Then add a blush peonies, white stock, dusty miller, and green mini hydrangeas, forget about it! GORGEOUS!

One of our favorite details, is the bride & groom chairs. It’s your wedding day, go all out! Garden roses, spray roses, hypericum berries, bay leaves, silver dollar, ruscus greenery were all used to make these silver Chivari stand out from the rest!
